Tracks of our lives
Tracks of Our Lives is an OxCRP project celebrating the role railways play in everyday life through poems, illustration and audio. Listen to the poems online and download the free booklet.
Railways are part of our everyday moments, big and small. Tracks of Our Lives celebrates those moments through community stories, poetry, illustration and audio, created as part of the national Railway 200 celebrations.

This project captures memories and reflections connected to rail travel and turns them into a multi-format experience by combining audio recordings, written stories and poems, and creative station artwork that helps keep local railway heritage visible and shared for years to come.

Renowned writer and performer Jonny Fluffypunk has supported OxCRP in curating the project, shaping community words into creative soundscapes and poems that reflect how railways have shaped lives across generations.
